Our Cake Flavours

We believe that your Wedding cake has to be just as impressive on the inside as on the outside, so just as much effort goes into baking the perfect taste for your cakes as it does into designing the final product.

All our cakes are made with a difference from recipes handed down through generations of family bakers.  We lovingly hand bake your cake with 100% organic flour, locally sourced free range eggs, unrefined sugar, handmade jams and use no added preservatives or nasties

An initial wedding consultation will be held to establish your ideas and aspirations for your special cake.

New Flavours

  • Chocolate & Baileys

    A firm favourite in our taste tests!  Devils chocolate sponge filled with an extremely boozey baileys buttercream. Pure Indulgence

  • Pink Champagne

    If you love pink champagne you will love our new flavour.

    Pink moist sponge made with champagne syrup, filled with pink champagne buttercream and a white chocolate ganache - whats not to love?

  • Sticky Toffee and Salted Caramel

    A delightful and moist sticky toffee sponge filled with salted caramel buttercream; the next best thing to sticky toffee pudding - a must try flavour

  • Carrot

    Carrot cake with an orange buttercream (available for top tier only).

  • Chocolate & Cherry

    Our Devils chocolate is so popular that we couldn’t resist throwing another chocolate in there to tempt you.  A lighter devils chocolate cake filled with black cherry jam and a light wild cherry buttercream.  Your guests will be full of nostalgia with this one.

  • Coconut, Malibu & Lime

    Malibu soaked coconut and zested lime is added to this exoctic sponge. We then fill with fresh, zingy lime curd and a coconut and lime buttercream.

  • Date and Walnut

    Date and walnut sponge with a toffee buttercream filling.

  • Devils Chocolate

    A moist chocolate and very moorish cake filled with choclate ganache.

  • Fruit

    A rich fruit cake, fed with brandy, marzipan and icing.

  • Lavender and Lemon

    Lemon sponge with added lavender filled with a light lavender buttercream.

  • Lemon and Lime

    Something a little different, lemon sponge with lime zest, lime curd and lemon buttercream.

  • Orange & White Chocolate

    Orange sponge with a white chocolate buttercream.

  • Orange Blast

    Following in the footsteps of our ever popular Zingy Lemon and Lemon & Lime flavours, our Orange Blast is packed full of orange zestiness; a light sponge flavoured with orange zest and natural essence and filled with orange curd and orange zest buttercream.  Prepare to be blown away.

  • Pineapple Crush

    We couldn’t resist this flavour and neither could our taste testers; light and fruity pineapple sponge filled with our very tasty pineapple crush buttercream.  WOW your guests with an exotic taste of the Caribbean.

  • Raspberry Ripple

    We are going all out for the raspberry fans with this one;   a light vanilla sponge filled with handmade raspberry jam and a juicy and light raspberry ripple buttercream.  Ideal for a summer wedding naked and filled with fresh raspberries.

  • Red Velvet

    Red velvet sponge with vanilla buttercream.

  • Strawberry Milkshake

    On our taste test this came up trumps every time; a light vanilla sponge filled with handmade strawberry jam and a light and fruity strawberry milkshake buttercream.  Beautiful filled with fresh strawberries for a summer wedding naked cake.

  • Vanilla

    A traditional victoria sponge style cake with vanilla buttercream and strawberry or raspberry jam.

  • Zingy Lemon

    Lemon sponge filled with lemon vurd and lemon buttercream.
